A Memorial Meeting on Just Faaland, April 4, 2017

BIDS and CPD jointly organize a memorial meeting in remembrance of the eminent political economist from Norway Just Faaland, who had recently passed away. Just Faaland had worked closely with our first Planning Commission after independence. During that time he had developed a special relationship with Bangladesh which he continued even after leaving this country.
